This is the first time that sh1ft.org has done a NEW 26 Things since I started doing Photo-Hunts! I’m SOOOO EXCITED! Click the picture to see the full details of the hunt! This time there are only 13 items and you have to take two different pictures of each.
Only 28 days left: let’s get started!!!
Here is the list of 13 items – remember to take 2 photos of each:
8. Up in the air
12. A sign
13. A Self Portrait
A day in the life of a currently over-worked English teacher. We had a “seminar day” which my school used as a field trip day with the kinder students and their families!
The kids finally show up and they play a game with their families. They had to stack a pile of rocks as high as they can without it falling. You see little rock piles along trails in Korea when you’re hiking. They say if you add a rock to the pile and make a wish it will come true if the pile doesn’t fall; however, if the pile falls your wish and the other wishes won’t come true.
Hey everyone! Sh1ft.org has a new project coming up: A Day in the Life. If you want to play click here to learn more!
I’m gonna use this as an opportunity to work on some Photoshop skills and mess around with my camera and do creative… stuff. Because a kinder arts and crafts teacher needs more creative stuff in her life right… I wanted to cheat and use some pictures I just took on the Akiba trip but cheating is wrong and if I yell at my students “NO CHEATING” then I better be good too… (being good is so lame…)
Day 1 I took this around midnight or so last night so it counts… Mr. Saturn! BOING!
5 Years later and I’m still crazy in love with you Chad Swanson. Thanks for being the best boyfriend a girl could ever want.
For our 1 year anniversary Chad and I spend the day moving him out of his apartment from Stillwater to Moore. We had just enough money to go to a really nice restaurant in OKC’s Bricktown.
For our 2 year anniversary we had a huge party at Matt’s house while we were house sitting. Chad made Cardinal that night.
For our 3 year anniversary we went to see the national touring of Lion King at OKC’s Civic Center.
For our 4 year anniversary we had no money so we did a photo-hunt around my hometown Enid.
This year we went to Seoraksan National Park and hiked up a mountain by accident and sat in a cave in the heavens. Then we watched daredevil artist at Cirque du Soleil the first time either of us had gone to a circus.
It’s been a crazy 5 years. Let’s see what these next 5 years bring.
